Diagnostic / Trip Fee

- Laurel & Lockwood: $150
This covers the technician's visit and a complete system diagnosis. If repairs are needed, you'll receive a firm price before any work is performed. Repair costs are identical whether you call during business hours or after hours.
After-Hours Emergency Service Heating and cooling emergencies don't keep a schedule. ACT offers after-hours service with on-call technicians available when you need help most. The after-hours diagnostic fee reflects timing and urgency; repair costs stay the same.
